Arne Jacobsen (AJ) Handles

A set of the classic AJ Handles, available in brushed stainless steel or polished unlacquered brass with 50mm dia visible or concealed fixing unsprung stainless steel or polished brass roses, 8mm spindle, complete with bolt through fixings to suit doors 33 to 59mm thickness.

If you have thicker doors, please contact us.

One thing that you may not know about this handle is the reason that it comes in two sizes, 97mm and 111mm. When the handle was designed by Arne Jacobsen, the smaller one was intended to be used on internal doors and the larger on external doors, but these days it is more upto personal taste.

Jacobson lever It is my understanding that this lever was OEM for the SAS ROYAL HOTEL in Copenhagen.At first glance one may feel that this design is a bit sculptural for a Jacobson design.
