Elements Casement Handle
A contemporary design satin stainless steel reversible casement window fastener fitting with 14mm dia handle on 20mm wide fixing plate.

Two versions are available; you should use the "Hook plate" one if the window face is flush (or in line with) the internal frame or if there is a step ie., the window is slightly inset use the "Mortice plate" one.
