Epox Casement Handle
A contemporary design brushed stainless steel casement window fastener fitting with 100mm long x 16mm wide x 8mm thick handle on 60mm long x 16mm wide fixing plate with screw holes 42mm centres, 35mm projection

These are handed (left hand shown) and also available in two versions; you should use the "Hook plate" one if the window face is flush (or in line with) the internal frame or if there is a step ie., the window is slightly inset use the "Mortice plate" one.
