Evasolo Bins
The Evasolo stainless steel waste bin, has a lid which balances on the edge of the bin, which when lifted remains open by itself with a gentle push to close.

You can use a bin liner which once folded around a rubber coated metal ring just falls into place and stops any waste falling outside and into the bin which saves time as there are no awkward areas to clean.
